Agile Program Management (AgilePgM®) provides comprehensive best practice guidance on how to manage organizational change using Agile practices.
Project management has substantially evolved over the last few years, and appetite for Agile has grown greater as businesses have realised its advantages over the traditional way of running things. There is no reason, however, why Agile techniques couldn’t also be used for program management. Thus, APMG’s Agile Program Management certification was born.
Developed in partnership with Agile Business Consortium, creators of the original DSDM/Agile Project Framework, the Agile PgM Foundation certification provides best practice guidance on how to manage groups of projects in an Agile way.
This 3-day course provides a full grounding in the method and includes an exam to certify knowledge and enable you to receive your certification.
